Do You Offer Returns Or Refunds?Updated a year ago

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange or refund Extracts as they are custom blended to the individual client. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 14 days by email at [email protected] and send your item to: HÅRKLINIKKEN ApS, Amaliegade 42, 1256 København, Denmark.


Refund (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
